Prafull is the process backbone of WEEN, with over 20 years of experience in commissioning and process design in the water and wastewater industry. A qualified Chemical Engineer, he specializes in water treatment, effluent treatment
plants, and effluent recycling. He joined WEEN to enhance detail engineering and has previously led service and commissioning for Thermax Limited and served as a team leader at Metito Overseas. His extensive experience includes
working with major clients like ONGC, Hyundai Motors, and Qatar Petroleum.

Amit is a Chemical Engineer and a founding member of WEEN TECHSOL, dedicated to the water and wastewater field. He also owns a proprietary Company, Raditech Solutions, working with various Indian and global clients on pre-bid and
detail engineering. With over 23 years of experience, Amit specializes in water chemistry and advanced technologies, offering end-to-end engineering solutions for the pharma, food and beverage, textile, and chemical industries.
Amit is also planning to start a Training program to help young engineers address technical gaps in water and wastewater systems.

Sadik brings over 19 years of experience and a postgraduate qualification in Environmental Management. He has held key roles at renowned companies like Praj Industries, Pennar, Thermax Limited, and Lars Enviro. Notably, he served
as a Plant In-Charge in Abu Dhabi, overseeing water and wastewater systems. His expertise in designing, engineering, and commissioning wastewater systems, particularly Anaerobic Treatment, sets him apart from the crowd. This
extensive background highlights his deep understanding and significant impact in the field of environmental management.

Arjun is a highly experienced Mechanical Design Team Leader with over 25 years in the water and wastewater treatment industry. He specializes in the Mechanical design and detail engineering of complex systems, including Water &
Wastewater treatment plants, reverse osmosis systems, and desalination facilities. Arjun has successfully managed major projects in sectors like petrochemicals, power generation, and municipal water treatment, collaborating
with renowned clients such as Samsung Engineering, SNC-Lavalin, and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. With his expertise in software tools like AutoCAD and CADWorx, he handles overall 3D modeling, GA drawings, and piping isometrics,
enabling him to lead the team and deliver technically accurate designs.

Nanda Bhole is a seasoned Process & Proposal Engineer with 18 years of extensive experience in the water treatment and environmental sectors. She has worked with esteemed companies like Ion Exchange, Metito, and CECO Environmental,
developing strong expertise in process design and engineering. Nanda excels in creating innovative process solutions and providing detailed engineering designs for various water and wastewater treatment applications. Her proficiency
in proposals and estimation allows her to develop comprehensive project bids that meet client specifications and industry standards. With a proven track record in delivering high-quality designs and proposals, Nanda is instrumental
in driving project success and enhancing operational efficiency, making her a valuable asset in any engineering endeavor.

Shrikant, a Mechanical Engineer from Pune University, has over 12 years of experience and is a key member of WEEN. He previously worked with Cleantech Systems Pvt Ltd and Metito Overseas Ltd, gaining expertise in the design and
validation of layouts, dosing skids, and static equipment. His focus is on mechanical design and engineering, with experience on projects for clients like Tupas Refinery, Praj Industries, and Alstom Jubair. In addition to his
technical skills, he manages project coordination and document review at WEEN.
